Job Summary
Sales Representative for Cataluña & Baleares (f/m/d) responsible for driving strategic sales growth in the Catalonia and Balearic Islands territory by designing and implementing development plans for installed base and new business. Cultivates strategic commercial relationships, conducts market and prospect research, identifies opportunities, ensures high customer satisfaction, and maintains the sales pipeline in SFDC. Requires proven complex sales experience, cross-functional coordination, and knowledge of diagnostic market concepts. Travel within territory is required (60% Catalonia, 40% Balearic Islands). Fluent in Catalan/Spanish and English; Bachelor's degree in a technical science field. The role is remote but within the specified Spanish territories; driver’s license with acceptable driving record is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Medicine, Physics, or a technical science-related field
- 3+ years of direct commercial sales experience
- Fluent in Catalan and/or Spanish, and English (good oral and written comprehension)
- Travel within the Catalonia (60%) and Balearic Islands (40%) territory
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Proven experience in complex sales and developing sales plans linked to financial targets
