Job Summary

Caterpillar is seeking a Sales Representative to join the Customer Solutions Core Regions Division focusing on the Midwest US. You will partner with end-user customers and dealers to understand challenges and develop tailored, value-driven solutions across products and services, including digital/technology, rental, used equipment, and financing. You will develop and deliver annual business plans, manage regional budgets, and collaborate with internal/external partners to drive revenue growth and customer loyalty within the assigned Midwest region. Core skills include customer focus, industry knowledge, strategic decision making, effective communication, relationship management, business development, and value selling to articulate the business impact of solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • A four-year degree in business administration, management, engineering, marketing, industry technologies, or a related field.
  • Experience working directly with customers to understand needs, build trusted relationships, and deliver value-driven solutions.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% domestically.
