Job Summary
Conduct inbound and outbound conversations with customers to understand their needs and guide them through financial solutions. Ask follow-up questions, overcome objections, and handle hesitation or rejection while staying engaged in uncomfortable situations. Apply coaching feedback immediately to build confidence and perform consistently in a structured, goal-driven environment. Work a 40-hour week Monday through Saturday with competitive compensation and bonus potential.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays
- Satisfactory completion of pre-employment screenings
- Reliable form of personal transportation
- Valid Driver's License
