Job Summary
Sales Representative role focusing on consultative automotive sales. Build rapport with customers to guide vehicle selections, demonstrate product knowledge, negotiate terms, and ensure customer satisfaction while transitioning customers to the Service Department for ongoing needs. Responsibilities include guiding buyers through the sales process, maintaining relationships to develop a strong client base, presenting new/used vehicles and optional packages, following up to generate referral business, overcoming objections, reporting objectives to the Sales Manager, and contributing to a performance-driven, growth-oriented team environment. Requires previous automotive sales experience, strong communication skills, a professional appearance, and availability to work flexible hours including weekends. Compensation is base salary with performance-based incentives in a combined in-person Naperville, IL setting.
