Job Summary
Direct sales responsibilities for the West Austrian territory to achieve Annual Operating Plan targets, focusing on Surgical Valve Replacement, Repair, Cannulas, ECLS, and Atrial Fibrillation products. Lead clinical selling activities within the theatre environment by advising surgeons and presenting products to current and potential clients. Build ethical business relationships to increase market share while managing account strategies via CRM tools and collaborating with local marketing on national objectives. Prepare proposals and sales contracts as part of the daily cycle. This remote role requires a clean B driving license and occasional travel to Medtronic locations for meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Professional experience in sales
- Bachelor's/master's degree in medical technology, medicine, or business administration with a particular interest in sales
- 2-3 years' experience in sales in Medical devices branch or similar
- Proven ability to work effectively with sales management and customers, following sales processes
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of written and spoken German and English
- Clean B driving licence
- Ability to attend a Medtronic location for meetings from time to time
