Job Summary
Establish and maintain customer relationships with distributors and healthcare professionals across the Northern Region of Malaysia and Sarawak. Promote Medtronic's cardiac surgery and peripheral vascular products to meet or exceed sales targets by pursuing leads, assessing needs, and implementing market development strategies. Conduct market research on customers and competitors while communicating product feedback to internal stakeholders including R&D and Marketing. Manage sales processes and accounts, potentially directing entry-level sales professionals, to drive business growth in the assigned geographic area.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of sales experience within medical device industry
- working knowledge of company products
- Proven record of sales achievement
