Job Summary
Drive sales and achieve individual KPI targets by uncovering customer lifestyles and building complete solutions through upselling. Maximize attachment sales and average transaction values while creating repeat customers through exceptional service. Learn the product range inside and out and contribute to store sales performance by working closely with your crew. Deliver an experience that keeps customers coming back, avoiding order-taking in favor of selling lifestyle solutions. Full-time and casual roles require weekend availability and the ability to confidently discuss 4WD-ing and the Aussie outdoors.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends!
- Must be able to talk-the-talk about 4WD-ing and camping to customers
- Must be able to upsell like no tomorrow
- Must be able to close sales
