Job Summary
A CADY Sales Representative connects and builds relationships with high school leaders to drive new business growth. The role requires meeting and exceeding KPIs, conducting direct sales outreach, and delivering presentations to various stakeholders. Candidates should have strong administrative skills, experience in sales or account management, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities include attending sales meetings, developing marketing campaigns, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Able to pass a satisfactory background check
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Administrative skills
- Able to work both independently and in a team environment
- Able to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills
- Able to read and write in English
- Able to give public presentations
- At least 2+ years of sales, account management, or comparable experience

- Education sales experience is a plus
