Job Summary
Drive sales and achieve individual KPI targets by uncovering customer lifestyles and building complete 4WD solutions through aggressive upselling. Maximize attachment sales, average transaction values, and sales per hour while creating repeat customers through exceptional service. Learn the product range inside and out and contribute directly to store sales performance by working closely with your crew to deliver winning experiences. This casual role requires weekend availability and a competitive drive to climb the sales ladder, offering an above Award hourly rate plus uncapped commission.
