Sales Representative, Building Services & Construction

Sales Representative for Building Services & Construction in the Greater San Diego area responsible for prospecting, account development, and full sales cycle—from lead qualification to closing—selling temporary power, heating, cooling, and dehumidification services to commercial and industrial contractors and service companies. Builds relationships with customers, assesses needs, designs solutions, develops and presents commercial proposals, and coordinates with operations/logistics teams to enable project commissioning/decommissioning. Requires a hunter mindset, strong verbal/written communication, CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred), and ability to manage multiple priorities; experience with power generation or HVAC in commercial/industrial environments is a plus.
