Job Summary
Promote and sell Stryker NS products to customers by conducting evaluations in OR and office settings. Persuasively demonstrate product value and solve client problems using quick thinking and deep product knowledge. Systematically track territory progress and proactively communicate wins with your Regional Manager to exceed performance objectives. Assist customers whenever the need arises to ensure excellent service. This role requires 5+ years in outside sales, approximately 20% travel, and is 100% commission with bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in an outside sales position
- Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited University
- 2+ years of med device sales experience
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to drive an automobile
- Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally
- Ability to exert up to 20 pounds of force constantly
- Coordination of the eye, hand and foot movement
- Ability to grasp by hand
- Visual and auditory discrimination
- Memory
- Reading ability
- Memory retention
- Exercise discretion and independence when applying professional expertise
- Ability to manage time, projects, stress and conflict
- Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication
- Ability to bring tasks through to completion with minimal supervision
