Job Summary
Provide exceptional service to current and prospective customers within the Retail Division by assisting clients in understanding products and identifying tailored solutions. Generate sales and renewals while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. Conduct cold calling to pursue new business opportunities and demonstrate full understanding of design, production costs, waste, downtime, scrap, and rework. Travel throughout KZN, including nationwide requirements when necessary, while utilizing Syspro for computer literacy. Requires a Matric, Sales/Marketing Diploma or Degree, 3 to 5 years of retail or manufacturing experience, a valid driver's license, and a willingness to travel.
Required Qualifications
- Matric
- Sales / Marketing Diploma or Degree
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience within a Retail or Manufacturing environment
- Willingness to travel throughout KZN (nationwide when required)
- Computer Literate (Syspro)
- Valid Drivers License
- Must be willing to pursue new business opportunities (Cold Calling)
- Full understanding of design and production costs, including waste, downtime, scrap and rework
