Job Summary
In-home pool sales consultant conducting scheduled consultations with homeowners within a 2-hour radius of the consultant’s home. Responsibilities include evaluating backyard layout and homeowner goals, presenting pool design options and pricing, answering questions to build trust, guiding customers through the purchase decision, and submitting project paperwork after appointments. Not door-to-door sales and no prospecting required. Customers call after seeing TV/social media advertising; financing is pre-approved; all decision makers will be present for the consultation; you run the consultation. Training is provided. Compensation is performance-based based on completed in-home consultations, with additional earnings when a pool installation proceeds. Typical earnings cited: $3,500–$4,000+ per week with potential higher earnings for top performers; pay issued twice monthly.
