Job Summary
Conduct scheduled in-home pool consultations within a 2-hour radius of your home, evaluate backyard layout and homeowner goals, present pool design options and pricing, answer questions, build trust, and guide customers through the purchase decision. You will meet with 2-3 homeowners per day who have already requested a quote; this is not door-to-door sales and no prospecting is required. You run the consultation and submit project paperwork after appointments. Training is provided and compensation is performance-based based on completed consultations, with higher earnings when homeowners proceed with a pool installation. Requirements include strong communication, comfort with face-to-face interactions, reliable transportation, professional appearance, self-motivation, and organization.
