Job Summary
In-Home pool consultations within a 2-hour radius of the candidate's home. Meet with homeowners who have requested a quote for a new pool installation (not door-to-door). Present pool design options and pricing after evaluating backyard layout and homeowner goals, answer questions, build trust, and guide the customer through the purchase decision. Schedule and submit project paperwork after appointments. Compensation is performance-based and tied to completed in-home consultations, with higher earnings when homeowners proceed with installations. Training and ongoing management support provided.
