Sales Representative

In-Home Sales Consultant role: conduct scheduled in-home pool consultations with homeowners within a 2-hour radius, evaluate backyard layout and goals, present pool design options and pricing, answer questions, build trust, and guide customers through the purchase decision; submission of project paperwork after appointments. Training provided; company handles appointments and provides product training and management support. Compensation is performance-based with earnings tied to completed consultations and installations; typical earnings reported as $2,500–$3,500+ per week and up to $15,000+ per month for top performers. Prior experience in sales, construction, roofing, HVAC, or other customer-facing roles is helpful but not required.
