Job Summary
In-home pool consultations with homeowners within a 2-hour radius of Kansas City, MO. Run scheduled consultations, evaluate backyard layouts and homeowner goals, present pool design options and pricing, answer questions, build trust, and guide the purchase decision. You will submit project paperwork after appointments. You are not responsible for generating leads. Compensation is performance-based and includes appointment pay with potential for higher earnings when homeowners proceed with a pool installation. Training and management support provided.
