In-Home Sales Consultant for pool installations: conduct scheduled in-home pool consultations within a 2-hour radius, evaluate backyard layouts and homeowner goals, present design options and pricing, answer questions, build trust, and guide customers through the purchase decision. Submit project paperwork after appointments. Not door-to-door; no lead generation required as the company provides appointments and pre-qualified leads. You will meet with 2-3 homeowners per day who contacted us after seeing TV/social media ads; homeowners are pre-approved for financing; all decision makers should be present for the consultation; you run the consultation. Training is provided and ongoing management support is available. Compensation is performance-based, with pay per completed in-home consultation and additional earnings if a pool installation proceeds.
