Job Summary
In-Home Sales Consultant role for a pool installation company. You will run scheduled in-home pool consultations with a 2-hour radius of your home, evaluate backyard layout and homeowner goals, present pool design options and pricing, answer questions, build trust, and guide customers through the purchase decision. You are not responsible for generating leads; customers contact the office after seeing TV/social media ads and are pre-approved for financing. Training is provided, and compensation is performance-based with earnings tied to completed consultations and subsequent installations. Typical earnings are around $3,500–$4,000+ per week, with top performers earning significantly more. Strong communication, face-to-face interaction, reliable transportation, professional appearance, and organizational skills are required.
