In-home pool consultations with homeowners within a 2-hour radius of Decatur, IL. Run scheduled consultations, evaluate backyard layouts and goals, present pool design options and pricing, answer questions, and guide customers through the purchase decision. You won’t do prospecting or door-to-door sales; homeowners call in after seeing TV/social media ads and are pre-approved for financing. You’ll run a 2-hour, on-site consultation with 2-3 homeowners per day, submit project paperwork after appointments, and receive product and sales training with ongoing management support. compensation is performance-based, with earnings from completed consultations and subsequent installations; typical earnings range from $2,500–$3,500+ per week, with top performers over $15,000 per month.
