Job Summary
Conduct scheduled in-home pool consultations with a 2-hour radius of your home; evaluate backyard layout and homeowner goals; present pool design options and pricing; answer questions and build trust with homeowners; guide customers through the purchase decision; submit project paperwork after appointments. Not door-to-door sales and no prospecting required. You will meet with 2-3 homeowners per day who have already reached out, with financing pre-approval confirmed. Training provided; compensation is performance-based with appointments set by the company. Requires strong communication, comfort with face-to-face meetings, reliable transportation, professional appearance, and self-motivation.
