In-Home Sales Consultant for pool installations: conduct scheduled in-home pool consultations with a 2-hour radius of Gainesville, FL, evaluate backyard layouts and homeowner goals, present pool design options and pricing, answer questions, build trust, and guide customers through the purchase decision; submit project paperwork after appointments. No door-to-door prospecting; customers are pre-approved for financing and all decision makers will be present for the consultation; company provides appointments, product training, and ongoing management support. Training is provided; compensation is performance-based, paid per completed in-home consultation with additional incentives for installations. Required: strong communication, comfort with face-to-face meetings, reliable transportation, professional appearance, self-motivation and organization.
