Job Summary
In-home pool consultations with homeowners within a 2-hour radius of Kirksville. Run scheduled consultations, evaluate backyard layout and homeowner goals, present pool design options and pricing, answer questions, and guide customers through the purchase decision. Submit project paperwork after appointments. Training provided. Key skills: effective communication, comfort in face-to-face interactions, professionalism in appearance, reliable transportation, self-motivation and organization, and the ability to build trust with homeowners while explaining options and financing. This role is not door-to-door and the company provides appointments and ongoing management support. Typical earnings are based on performance with appointment pay and potential for installation bonuses.
