Sales Representative

In-home pool consultations within a 2-hour radius of the applicant's home, presenting pool design options and pricing, answering questions, and guiding homeowners through the purchase decision. You will run scheduled consultations with 2–3 homeowners per day who have already reached out and been pre-approved for financing; no lead generation or door-to-door prospecting. Submit project paperwork after appointments. This role emphasizes direct, face-to-face engagement with homeowners, building trust, and resolving questions about pool designs. Training and product/sales support are provided. Compensation is performance-based, with earnings tied to completed consultations and subsequent installations. Typical earnings cited: $2,500–$3,500+ per week for average reps, with higher top-end potential, and pay issued twice monthly.
