Job Summary
Conduct scheduled in-home pool consultations with a 2-hour radius of your home, evaluate backyard layouts and homeowner goals, present pool design options and pricing, answer questions and build trust to guide the purchase decision, and submit project paperwork after appointments. You will meet with homeowners who contacted the office after seeing TV/social media ads; leads are provided and you are not responsible for generating leads. No door-to-door sales; you will run consultations with 2-3 homeowners per day who have already requested a quote and are pre-approved for financing. Compensation is performance-based with earnings tied to completed in-home consultations and subsequent installations; typical reps earn around $2,500–$3,500+ per week, with top performers over $15,000 per month.”,
