Sales Representative

In-Home Sales Consultant role focused on conducting scheduled, in-home pool consultations within a 2-hour radius of Austin, TX. You will evaluate backyard layouts and homeowner goals, present pool design options and pricing, answer questions, build trust, and guide customers through the purchase decision, submitting project paperwork after appointments. This is not door-to-door sales and no prospecting is required. Training is provided and you’ll receive ongoing support from management. Compensation is performance-based, with earnings tied to completed consultations and additional incentives when a pool installation proceeds. Key qualifications include strong communication, comfort with face-to-face meetings, reliable transportation, professional appearance, and self-motivation. Experience in sales, construction, roofing, HVAC, or other customer-facing roles is helpful but not required.
