Job Summary
Sell vacation packages face-to-face at the Bass Pro Shop in Rocklin, engaging customers to generate leads and sell Bluegreen mini vacation getaways across the US. Initiate conversations, overcome objections, and close deals; responsibilities include presenting options, meeting sales targets, and delivering a customizable benefits package. Requires standing for shifts, strong communication, basic computer skills, and a High School diploma. Includes paid training, 30-hour workweek, hourly base with commission eligibility, and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years old
- Previous sales, marketing or customer service experience is preferred
- Must possess strong communication skills and be able to converse with customers comfortably
- Must have basic computer knowledge
- Must be able to work while standing on feet throughout shift
