Sales Representative (Bilingual Spanish Required)

Job Summary
Sells products and services to customers in assigned non-bulk multi-dwelling units through door-to-door solicitation and lobby events. Meets monthly sales goals by generating incremental revenue from existing customers and adding new services. Responds to customer complaints according to company policy and maintains a knowledge base of competitor activities. Accurately completes paperwork for sales activities, collects funds, and provides receipts per guidelines. Attends sales meetings and training programs while supporting customer experience enhancements. Requires valid driver's license and ability to travel in inclement weather. High School Diploma required with 0 to 6 months of sales or customer service experience.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of cold call sales skills, persuasion, and clear communication skills
- Ability to travel (including during inclement weather) to and from assigned territories and company facilities using a reliable personal vehicle
- Ability to work outside for extended periods in any season and/or during inclement weather
- Familiarity with computer operating systems, a myriad of consumer and commercial communications devices (e.g., PDAs, smartphones, routers, modems, converters, and wireless devices), and computer software applications
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record within Company required standards
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
- Experience in sales or customer service – 0 to 6 months
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of communications technologies and services, with an emphasis on data networking fundamentals
- Knowledge of cable or telecommunications services
- Experience with consumer education of products and services
- Success in a previous sales position, prospecting or cold calling; direct sales experience is preferred, but not required.
- Sales or relevant work experience – 1+
