Job Summary
Conduct relationship selling by engaging customers with full product knowledge while maintaining a professional appearance. Enter all sales into the system properly and review transactions with customers 100% of the time to ensure accuracy. Attend morning meetings and sales training workshops to maintain skill levels and enhance product expertise. Maintain physical stamina by moving throughout showrooms over extended periods while demonstrating dependability and a strong work ethic. Weekend and evening availability required with a 5-day work week. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits including paid time off and employee furniture discounts are available. Interior design experience is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Weekend and Evening availability

- Interior Design experience/knowledge a plus but not required
- General computer proficiency
- At least two years experience in retail sales
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Physically able to be on your feet and move throughout our showrooms over an extended period
- A strong work ethic and dependability
