Job Summary
Meet with homeowners during company-provided appointments to conduct professional in-home sales presentations. Educate customers on bath remodeling products and services, then design customized solutions and present pricing and financing options. Follow the proven sales process to deliver an exceptional customer experience while attending team meetings and training sessions. This role offers a base salary plus commission with uncapped earning potential, including paid training and ongoing coaching. Pre-qualified leads are provided, eliminating the need for cold calling or door knocking.
