Job Summary
Meet with homeowners during company-provided appointments to conduct professional in-home sales presentations. Educate customers on bath remodeling products and services, then design customized solutions to meet their specific needs. Present pricing and financing options while following the proven sales process to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Attend team meetings and training sessions to maintain performance standards. This role offers a base salary plus commission with uncapped earning potential, including paid training and ongoing coaching.
