Sales Representative, Audiovisual Integration

Generate design/build sales of audio-visual systems to local, regional and international corporate accounts. Develop partnerships with architects, consultants, contractors, and construction management firms that lead to client loyalty and satisfaction. Focus on clients with potential for recurring revenue through future, non-bid business and extended service agreements. Generate sales of service agreements and upgrades to existing systems. Provide top-tier account management to ensure customer satisfaction before, during, and after installation. Meet with clients to discuss needs, withstand proposals, and draft scope of work; develop detailed equipment lists; determine line item costs; create customer proposals and drawings in AutoCAD; communicate regularly with clients and internal teams. Qualifications include knowledge of audiovisual, display and videoconferencing equipment, Crestron/AMX, ability to read drawings, draft equipment lists, and familiarity with commercial construction environments; strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
