Sales Representative

Sales Representative for residential door-to-door outside sales representing Astound in Havertown, PA. You will obtain new customers through professional, face-to-face interactions with residents, property management groups, and referral sources; aggressively pursue leads; understand property contract language and service levels; distribute marketing materials and build brand awareness; articulate customer needs and solutions; attend mandatory sales meetings; report sales statistics to management; stay informed on market competition. Must be comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced environment, have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and quota-driven. Base salary with uncapped commissions and a total on-target earnings of up to $89,000; benefits include 401k with employer match, health/dental/vision/life, PTO, holidays, tuition reimbursement, and employee discounts. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation. This is a regular full-time, face-to-face and door-to-door position in Pennsylvania.
