Job Summary
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives within the assigned geographical area. Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential customers, retailers, distributors, and other stakeholders. Meet sales targets by effectively managing and guiding the sales team while conducting market research to identify trends and competitor activities. Monitor sales performance metrics to optimize strategies and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner. Prepare regular reports on sales activities and market trends for management. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing, one year of sales experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Net salary of 100,000.00 with commission, HMO, and pension benefits available.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- At least one experience in sales

- Strong leadership and motivational skills to guide and support the sales team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Sound knowledge of sales techniques, customer relationship management, and market analysis
- Ability to travel within the designated area to meet clients and oversee sales activities
