Job Summary
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives within the assigned area. Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential customers, retailers, distributors, and other stakeholders. Meet sales targets by effectively managing and guiding the sales team. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to track progress and optimize strategies. Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner. Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis to management. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. At least one year of sales experience. Strong leadership and motivational skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Must reside within Oshodi and Mushin. 100,000.00 gross salary plus commission.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- At least one experience in sales
- Strong leadership and motivational skills to guide and support the sales team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Sound knowledge of sales techniques, customer relationship management, and market analysis
- Ability to travel within the designated area to meet clients and oversee sales activities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Candidate must reside within Oshodi and Mushin
