Job Summary
Teach customers how to effectively use and maintain hearing devices while delivering a superior customer experience every time. Lead the sale of hearing aids and accessories to contribute to revenue goals, performing comprehensive hearing evaluations and providing personalized product recommendations. Partner with team members to transform lives through life-changing hearing solutions. Successfully complete training requirements and state licensure to grow into a Hearing Care Professional. Earn up to $150,000 annually including base salary and uncapped commission. Standard business hours Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Computer proficiency in Windows
- Computer proficiency in CRM
- Computer proficiency in POS Systems
