Sales Representative

Job Summary
Visit and contact assigned distributors, retailers, and customers to maintain relationships, identify sales opportunities, and promote company products. Develop new customer accounts, increase product distribution, and drive SKU expansion by introducing new offerings. Conduct product presentations and training sessions while collaborating with the Marketing team on promotional campaigns and activations. Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to communicate findings to management. Prepare sales reports, call reports, and account updates using company systems. Travel throughout the assigned territory and internationally up to 50% as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or a related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate both technical and non-technical concepts
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Strong numerical aptitude and ability to work with data
- Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively in day-to-day operations
- Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving sales and business objectives
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Ability and willingness to travel internationally up to 50%
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with distributors, retailers, or international markets strongly preferred
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) strongly preferred
