Job Summary
Sales Representative for Allied National to lead field-based growth across an assigned territory by recruiting, developing, and expanding General Agencies and their downline agents; provide training, consultative support, and strategic guidance to drive production, agency development, and long-term partnerships while staying current on industry trends and product positioning; travel up to 50% to support field engagement and growth; prior insurance industry sales leadership and Life/Health license (preferred) are valued.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's Degree preferred in business-related field
- Proven sales leadership experience in the insurance industry
- Strong knowledge of group-based products and consultative sales strategies
- Experience recruiting, developing, and growing agencies or agent networks
- Ability to travel up to 50% to support agency growth and field engagement
