Job Summary
Prospect new business in multi-line insurance, quote and bind policies, and handle customer inquiries while documenting requests and processing premiums. Service clients using strong communication skills across multiple platforms, resolve conflicts, and adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment. Make decisions on applicant insurability and placement, then ensure the service center operates effectively through reports, documentation, and mail distribution. Provide ongoing support to the agent and service center staff as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to attain Insurance Producer license within 90 days of hire
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Aptitude for learning new programs and procedures
- Team player with a positive, professional attitude
