Job Summary
Conduct inbound and outbound conversations with customers to understand their needs and guide them through financial solutions. Ask direct follow-up questions, overcome objections, and handle hesitation or rejection while staying engaged in potentially uncomfortable interactions. Build confidence through structured training and immediate application of coaching feedback within a goal-driven environment. Perform consistently in a fast-paced setting requiring comfort with financial discussions and resilience against rejection.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays
- Satisfactory completion of pre-employment screenings
- Reliable form of personal transportation
- Valid Driver's License
