Job Summary
Sales Representative focused on automotive refinishes, responsible for developing and strengthening relationships with distributors and customers, executing sales strategies and growth plans in the territory, tracking sales targets, margins and collections, implementing launches, promotions and brand activations, identifying business opportunities and market expansion, and collaborating closely with sales, technical and marketing teams. Must be highly commercial, proactive and results-oriented with negotiation skills and travel availability.
