Job Summary
Respond to customer contacts for parts requests, answer questions about aircraft parts, part fitment, and the order process, and facilitate order fulfillment. Utilize Company Sales software to maintain a customer database used to drive sales. Create a professional environment that builds rapport and maintains a high level of customer satisfaction while using strong negotiation skills to complete the sales process. This Inside Sales role requires no travel and offers a competitive commission-based schedule following a 3-6 month training period. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid state-issued driver's license
- Clean driving record
