Job Summary
Sales Representative responsible for selling advanced surgical technologies to the OBGYN, Colorectal, Urology, and General Surgery spaces. You will receive extensive hands-on training and collaborate with Field Sales Trainers to achieve new sales and maintain existing business, working with surgeons, nurses, OR managers, and other healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes. Requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of outside sales experience (medical device preferred); approximately 20% travel; 100% commission-based compensation. This role is supported by a team focused on achieving results and advancing within the organization; product lines include AirSeal and related surgical portfolios.
