Job Summary
Sales Representative/Account Manager for Trex in the Philadelphia area, accountable for managing top distributor locations and developing new business within a defined territory; responsibilities include maintaining distributor relationships, engaging national and regional builder contacts, developing an annual business plan with the Regional/District Sales Manager, setting KPI targets, managing travel budgets, and coordinating co-op funding. Requires proven outside sales experience (3+ years for Sales Rep; 5+ years for Account Manager), a bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience), and willingness to travel overnight; position includes base salary plus annual sales bonus and comprehensive benefits.
