Job Summary
As a Sales Representative/Account Manager at Trex, you will manage key customer relationships while developing new business. Responsibilities include serving as the main contact for territory distributor locations, managing the distributor network, and prospecting for new accounts. Candidates should have at least 3 years of outside sales experience for the Sales Representative role or 5 years for the Account Manager role. A bachelor's degree is preferred; however, candidates without a degree must have extensive sales experience.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of outside sales experience for Sales Representative
- At least 5 years of outside sales experience for Account Manager
- Candidates without a bachelor's degree must have significant additional sales experience (6+ years for Sales Rep, 8+ for Account Manager)
Desired Qualifications
- Strong business relationships with key distributor contacts
- Experience in managing sales teams
- Ability to develop and execute business plans
