Job Summary
Initiate contact with new and prospective customers, establish successful relations, and identify leads to close sales transactions. Schedule appointments, create presentations, and illustrate the value of Janus RX services to drive growth opportunities. Act as a liaison between the organization and the customer base through contracting and implementation while maintaining current account knowledge. The role requires 60% travel and is based near a major airport. Janus RX serves the mental health community via a network of full-service pharmacies embedded within clinics and hospitals nationwide.
Required Qualifications
- Mental/Behavioral Health experience (2+ years)
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- Travel 60% of their time
- Based near a major airport
- Strong selling skills
- Experience in customer service
- Experience in writing and delivering presentations
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficient in working both independently and as part of a team
- Verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Pharmacy experience a plus
- Proven experience in a sales role or related experience as an account representative
- 1-3 years of sales experience preferred
