Job Summary
Sales Representative to sell large-format color graphic printing services to B2B clients across Retail, Advertising, Manufacturing, Fashion, and A/E/C; focus on POP/POS displays, trade show graphics, banners, wall murals, floor and fleet graphics, and marketing materials. Responsibilities include proactively identifying and developing new B2B sales opportunities, conducting cold calls and in-person client meetings, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, maintaining pipeline and weekly activity reports, collaborating with internal production and project teams for successful execution, and representing the company at networking events. Required: proven B2B sales experience in the A/E/C industry or printing/reprographics, strong knowledge of wide-format printing materials and applications (or ability to learn quickly), excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, CRM proficiency, and a hunter-oriented mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales within the A/E/C industry (required)
- Background in printing, reprographics, or large-format graphics sales strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of wide-format printing materials, substrates, and applications (or willingness to learn quickly)
- Demonstrated success in cold calling, lead generation, and closing sales
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a strong hunter mentality and results-driven mindset
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales tracking tools
- Strong networking ability with a dynamic and outgoing personality
- Ability to manage and track daily/weekly sales activity and performance metrics
