Job Summary
Sales Representative for large-format color printing services targeting B2B clients in A/E/C, Retail, Advertising, Manufacturing, and related sectors. Responsible for prospecting, presenting wide-format print solutions (POP/POS, banners, wall murals, floor/fleet graphics, signage, and marketing materials), managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, building long-term client relationships, performing in-person client meetings, cold calling, and collaborating with production teams to ensure successful project execution. Must leverage knowledge of wide-format printing processes, materials, and applications, and be proficient with CRM and sales-tracking tools while maintaining accurate activity and pipeline reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales within the A/E/C industry (required)
- Background in printing, reprographics, or large-format graphics sales strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of wide-format printing materials, substrates, and applications (or willingness to learn quickly)
- Demonstrated success in cold calling, lead generation, and closing sales
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a strong hunter mentality and results-driven mindset
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales tracking tools
- Strong networking ability with a dynamic and outgoing personality
- Ability to manage and track daily/weekly sales activity and performance metrics
