Job Summary
Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments; maintain professional interaction with customers and fellow employees; meet or exceed personal sales goals; escort customers to displays, assess needs, and suggest products; provide product/service information to help customers make selections; document and report sales; contribute to team efforts; ensure clean and organized work stations; complete paperwork accurately; participate in paid training and commission opportunities; no door-to-door or telemarketing. Emphasis on energy products/services from NRG, customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets in a retail/supermarket setting.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience
- Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
