Job Summary
Sales Rep, On Premise for Hensley Beverage Company responsible for the successful sale, distribution and retail execution of the portfolio and for driving volume growth across the assigned territory. Duties include organizing daily sales calls, meeting account buyers to discuss orders and product value, evaluating product freshness, stocking shelves and displays, updating shelf pricing, managing inventory and order preparation, booking displays and POS, transmitting orders by close of day, and maintaining timely communication with managers. Requirements include 21+ years old, valid driver license with reliable transportation, ability to lift up to 100+ lbs, willingness to work weekends/holidays, and access to a cell phone (with provided allowances). Beneficial to have beverage industry sales experience and a strong merchandising and customer-service focus.
Required Qualifications
- Previous beverage industry sales experience preferred but not required
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Regularly required to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs and frequently lift over 100 lbs
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
- Valid Driver's License
- Must have reliable transportation, we will provide vehicle allowance
- Must have a cell phone with data capability, we will provide cell phone allowance
